We didn’t wait until we had the perfect workshop, perfect tools, or perfect plan. We started in a garage with basic supplies and a lot of determination. Whether you’re flipping furniture or paying off debt, momentum matters more than perfection. Your first project won’t be your best — and that’s okay. Progress builds confidence. Confidence builds income. Income builds freedom.
Tip 02 costs low/margin high
This applies to both furniture and finances.
When flipping, I use affordable, accessible supplies and I’m intentional about every dollar invested. When we were paying off debt, we did the same thing — cut costs, increase margin, stay focused. You don’t need the most expensive paint or the fanciest piece to create something beautiful. Cozy and profitable both start with discipline.
